Check It Out Home Inspections LLC is a locally owned and operated company based out of Mercer County West Virginia. It was founded by Jonathon Yost, a committed husband to his wife of 13 years and father of their 4 children.
Jonathon began working in the construction industry out of high school as a way to help pay his way through college at Concord University where he graduated with honors earning a B.S. Education degree. While he loved teaching and coaching he still could never lay to rest his desire to become an entrepreneur.
He always had a love for all things real estate and at the age of 36 he decided that it was now or never. So, with the support of his family and an unparalleled drive to make his dream come true he began a new journey of entrepreneurship.
Now, Jonathon takes pride in offering quality home inspections as well as home maintenance services for the great folks of southern WV. But, at the end of the day you can usually find him running around the farm with his family tending to the garden or feeding the animals. (Maybe picking a tune on the guitar before bed).
